At Loom & Leather, we specialize in handcrafted products, offering wholesale (B2B), corporate gifting, and custom-designed items. Due to the nature of our business, our refund and return policy varies depending on the type of order.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy

  • All products are carefully inspected before dispatch.

  • As most of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or weave are natural and are not considered defects.

  • By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this refund and return policy.


2. Wholesale & B2B Orders

  • Wholesale and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once confirmed.

  • Returns or refunds will only be considered if:

    • The wrong product was delivered, or

    • The product is damaged during shipping.

📌 Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.


3. Corporate Gifting Orders

  • Corporate gifting orders are processed based on approved samples, designs, and quantities.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

  • In case of transit damage or incorrect items, Loom & Leather will:

    • Replace the damaged/incorrect items, or

    • Offer a partial refund (decision at our discretion).


4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • This includes:

    • Custom sizes

    • Custom colors

    • Custom branding or logo embossing

    • Design modifications requested by the client

Once the design and sample are approved, the order is considered final.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • Outer packaging photos (if damaged)

After verification, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (full or partial), depending on the situation.


6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our side.


7. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Loom & Leather is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Customs clearance

    • Natural disasters

    • Courier service disruptions

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production starts.

  • Once production has begun, cancellations are not allowed.
